Ajit Singh Chouhan, MD RPG Life Sciences is also the President - Specialty Sector of RPG Enterprises and a Management Board Member of the RPG Group.

With over 27 years of experience in India and overseas, Mr Chouhan has worked across several industries like Engineering, Marine, Telecom, Power, Plantations and Pharmaceuticals. He has been with the RPG Group since 2002 in several leadership roles across various industries.

In addition he leads the Transmission industry as the Chairman of the Transmission & Distribution Division of IEEMA (Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers` Association). He is also a member of the IEEMA Council, an apex body of the Association.

Mr. Chouhan is a Mechanical Engineer and a Certified Marine Engineer with Masters in Business Administration and an Alumnus of London Business School.

Vimalendu Kumar Singh has donned several leadership roles in his career spanning 2 decades and brings in experience across industries and geographies. In the pharmaceutical space, his experience includes successfully managing Formulation and API businesses globally. He has led the growth of various organizations by creating new markets, forging strategic alliances, initiating new marketing models, building up innovative product portfolios and conceiving entry models for businesses in both regulated and emerging markets.

Mr.Singh holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Masters in International Business Degree from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi

With over 26 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing, Rajindrra M. Patkar has held several senior managerial and leadership positions in both Multinational and Indian organizations.

Mr Patkar’s capabilities include leading and growing businesses, building Mega brand from scratch and handling Super Specialty as well as major therapeutic brands.

Mr. Patkar is a graduate in Pharmacy from Bombay College of Pharmacy along with a Management Degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Dr. Uday Bapat has over 20 years of research experience in the areas of API, Analytical Method Development, Intellectual Property Management and Regulatory Affairs.

With proficiencies in designing non-infringing processes, technology transfer, scale up, filing of drug master file dossiers, Dr Bapat. has successfully led large research teams in several organizations. He has about 20 patents to his credit.

Dr. Bapat holds a PhD degree in Organic Chemistry along with Post graduate diploma in Patent Law and Practice from Institute of Intellectual Property Studies, Mumbai. He also holds a diploma in Business Management.

Sachin Raole has been associated with RPG Group since 1995. His strong career progression at the RPG Group includes stints with Ceat Financial, RPG Enterprises, KEC International, RPG Cables and RPG Life Sciences. He carries with him an experience of 15 years in the areas of divestments, mergers & acquisitions, financial restructuring, treasury, accounts and taxation.

Mr. Raole is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

Mr Nandi has over 30 years of experience in various Indian and Multinational Pharmaceutical companies. He has held senior management positions in various functions like Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Formulation Development. He has successfully led various regulatory inspections in large organisation.

His experience includes managing the quality control & quality assurance function of manufacturing sites, corporate quality function for contract manufacturing sites and technical due diligence for acquisition of business. He is also experienced in managing the quality function of Nutraceutical products.

Mr Nandi is a post graduate in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and Diploma in Medical Radioisotope Technique (DMRIT) from Bombay University. He is a life member of Indian Pharmaceutical Association.

Anil Gupta brings with him thorough knowledge of Generic Pharmaceuticals. A hard core Pharma professional, most of his three decades of industrial experience has been with the Pharmaceutical Industry. During this period, Mr. Gupta has made his mark in managing portfolios of diverse nature, including global assignments. Mr. Gupta has supplied products to 125 countries, including all of top 10 Pharma markets. He also has a record of successfully handling over five dozen international audits.

Mr. Gupta has worked as a consultant to Government of Ethiopia to ‘Study and Design Pharmaceutical Sector for Ethiopia’, a UNDP project. Mr. Gupta has made significant & notable contributions to various senior management fora & policy making bodies, including MIA (Maharashtra), PHDCCI & CII (both MP Chapter), Management Association etc. Mr. Gupta has been a recipient of Management Excellence Award conferred by Surat Management Association (2003).

Mr. Gupta studied Engineering at IIT Kharagpur & Business Management at IIM Bangalore, both premier institutions of India. He has had an illustrious academic career, consistently excelling, testimony to which are scholarships & awards that he received all through his academic career.
