Medha:
Medha is a flagship RPG Life Sciences scholarship scheme for bright primary school students of Ankleshwar, Gujrat. (RPG LS has 2 manufacturing units in the area).

It is with an objective to reach out to those children in the community, who are exceptionally talented and if given proper education and guidance can become an asset to the society.

Saksham:
Understanding the vitality of soft skills in our lives, the organization with RPG Group has initiated a training program for adolescents called Saksham. It is an overall grooming and confidence building program. Saksham is addressed to a population within the age group of 16-20 years of age. The primary objective of this 8 hour program is to help talented individuals gain confidence and face the world with assurance.
Akshar:
This Program has been initiated since April 2010. The intervention focuses on building proficiency in spoken and written English. Akshar is currently running in the neighborhood community of our corporate office. Employees voluntarily spend 2 hours in a week with the community kids.
