Yugal Sikri is a Pharma industry veteran with a strong senior leadership track record of growing large businesses, building mega brands and bringing in business turnarounds at some of the well-known pharma companies such as GSK, Warner Lambert/ Pfizer, Novartis, Ranbaxy/ Daiichi Sankyo. He has also contributed to the industry as Vice Chairman of OPPI Marketing Committee, Chairman/ Speaker at various industry conferences and a Steering Committee Member of McKinsey’s India Pharma 2020 publication.

Yugal has been the Chairman, Pharmaceutical Management, at the prestigious School of Business Management at NMIMS University. He is also an Independent Director on the Board of NMIMS – Atal Incubation Center, an organization supported by Niti Aayog, Government of India. He is also a member of the Board of Studies and mentor to the School of Business Management Programs at NMIMS University. He was also an Independent Director on the Board of RPG Life Sciences Ltd.

Yugal holds an M Pharm degree from IIT (BHU) and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj.

Samir Rane carries 27 years of rich experience in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry with a strong track record of Domestic Formulations Sales and Marketing.

He has demonstrated his functional expertise in building big brands in reputed companies such as Unisearch, Sun Pharma, Piramal, Abbott, etc. in chronic & acute segments. He has a proven track record of consistent performance in various segments and handling large teams and large businesses.

Samir holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Master's degree in Marketing.

Vishal Shah has about 15 years of work experience with an established track record of handling diverse finance portfolios like Business Finance, Costing, Financial Reporting and Treasury in the pharmaceutical industry.

This includes an experience of handling international business finance along with a stint as a Finance Controller for European markets. He has worked with reputed pharmaceutical companies like Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited and Alkem Laboratories Limited. His last assignment was with Alkem as General Manager - Finance.

Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and has done his MBA (Finance) from SCMHRD, Pune. He also has completed his Executive Education from IIM Ahmedabad.

Milind Gujar has rich experience of around 29 years in Quality Management of Pharma Formulations & API. Before joining RPG Life Sciences, Milind has worked with some of the reputed organizations in pharmaceutical industry like Emcure, Micro Labs, Reliance Life Sciences, Cipla and Ipca.

Milind has successfully handled large number of Audits from reputed regulators across the globe viz USFDA, MHRA, MCC, Health Canada etc.

Milind holds M.Sc. degree in Chemistry.

Vijay Thange has a rich career spanning over 30 years in the Pharmaceutical industry handling Site Operations of Formulations and API, Formulation Pilot Plant and API R&D etc. across locations. He has huge experience of handling numerous International Regulatory Audits like USFDA, TGA, MHRA, ANVISA as well as diverse Customer Audits.

Before joining RPG Life Sciences, he was associated with Cipla as Senior Director- Site Head responsible for its Patalganga Site.

He is a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Law and an MBA in Operations Management and Information Technology.

Tanmay is an HR professional with close to two decades of experience in the field of Human Resource & Industrial Relations.

He has worked in HR function of diverse industries and organisations like PepsiCo, Hindalco, Jindal Steel and Sanofi.

Tanmay has done his Personnel Management & Industrial Relation from Sambalpur University. He also holds a Post Graduate Distance Certification in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.

A Chemical Engineering Graduate from Calcutta University with MBA in Finance from Annamalai University, Kartick carries more than two and a half decades of operation experience in Indian and multinational organizations across various domains such as Chemicals, API (Bulk Drugs), Biotechnology and Contract Manufacturing.

Kartick has rich industry experience of more than 2 decades in Pharmaceutical industry. His expertise lies in areas of Setting up Projects, Plants, Managing Site Operations and Contract Manufacturing & Technology Transfer.

Kartick is extremely passionate on achieving operational excellence and team excellence.

Prior to joining RPG Life Sciences, Kartick served reputed organizations like ICI India, Malladi Group, PRAXAIR India and EMBIO Ltd.

Rajesh Chopra has over 28 years of experience in Pharma formulations and Site operations for sterile, non-sterile and medical devices.

Rajesh has expertise in operating formulation plant with large capacities and played a key role in optimizing plant performance through automation and integration of unit operations. He also has vast exposure to plant expansion projects; tech transfer projects and LEAN initiatives to improve the site performance. He has successfully faced several national and international Audits. He also has exposure to several ISO systems to manage HSE and Medical devices activities.

Rajesh is a post graduate in Pharmaceutics with Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU. He was conferred with “IDMA- GP Nair Award” for securing first position in B Pharm (1987).
