He has held pivotal roles in some of India’s largest healthcare companies, including serving as Managing Director of Abbott Primary Care and Co-founder of WatchYourHealth.com. He has also held leadership positions at Torrent Pharma and Sun Pharma, having begun his career with Cipla. Throughout his career, Ashok has consistently driven innovation, excellence, and growth.

His technical expertise is evident in his milestone achievements, such as successfully turning around large-scale operations and establishing Abbott India’s vaccines business. He brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and HealthTech insights and was the driving force behind pioneering initiatives like Abbott's "Start-up Conclaves." Ashok has always played a key role in fostering industry-wide collaboration among diverse stakeholders and facilitating knowledge exchange. Additionally, he has advised multiple private equity funds on mergers and acquisitions, as well as investment opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Deepak Shukla, having over 25 years of experience, is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of steering global teams in the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) sector.

Deepak is a sharp and commercially astute manufacturing leader with a deep understanding of business strategy and a proven track record in overseeing large-scale, complex operations. He brings a sense of maturity, gravitas, and meticulous attention to detail. His passion lies in critically analyzing processes and leveraging innovative technologies to drive operational efficiency and sustainable business growth. He is recognized for his ability to scale operations and execute with precision across Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East.

A Chemical Engineer and postgraduate from IIFT Delhi, he has held key roles at renowned organizations including Ranbaxy, Dr. Reddy's, AkzoNobel, and Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Samir Rane carries 27 years of rich experience in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry with a strong track record of Domestic Formulations Sales and Marketing.

He has demonstrated his functional expertise in building big brands in reputed companies such as Unisearch, Sun Pharma, Piramal, Abbott, etc. in chronic & acute segments. He has a proven track record of consistent performance in various segments and handling large teams and large businesses.

Samir holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Master's degree in Marketing.

Sheetal Gaba brings nearly 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, spanning various sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Banking, and Media & Entertainment.

Before joining RPG Life Sciences, she held roles in multiple HR verticals across diverse organizations, including The Walt Disney Company, Pfizer, ICICI Bank, and Aventis Pharma.

Sheetal has done MMS from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and B. Pharm from Principal K.M. Kundnani College of Pharmacy, Mumbai.

Milind Gujar has rich experience of around 29 years in Quality Management of Pharma Formulations & API. Before joining RPG Life Sciences, Milind has worked with some of the reputed organizations in pharmaceutical industry like Emcure, Micro Labs, Reliance Life Sciences, Cipla and Ipca.

Milind has successfully handled large number of Audits from reputed regulators across the globe viz USFDA, MHRA, MCC, Health Canada etc.

Milind holds M.Sc. degree in Chemistry.

A Chemical Engineering Graduate from Calcutta University with MBA in Finance from Annamalai University, Kartick carries more than two and a half decades of operation experience in Indian and multinational organizations across various domains such as Chemicals, API (Bulk Drugs), Biotechnology and Contract Manufacturing.

Kartick has rich industry experience of more than 2 decades in Pharmaceutical industry. His expertise lies in areas of Setting up Projects, Plants, Managing Site Operations and Contract Manufacturing & Technology Transfer.

Kartick is extremely passionate on achieving operational excellence and team excellence.

Prior to joining RPG Life Sciences, Kartick served reputed organizations like ICI India, Malladi Group, PRAXAIR India and EMBIO Ltd.

Rajesh Chopra has over 28 years of experience in Pharma formulations and Site operations for sterile, non-sterile and medical devices.

Rajesh has expertise in operating formulation plant with large capacities and played a key role in optimizing plant performance through automation and integration of unit operations. He also has vast exposure to plant expansion projects; tech transfer projects and LEAN initiatives to improve the site performance. He has successfully faced several national and international Audits. He also has exposure to several ISO systems to manage HSE and Medical devices activities.

Rajesh is a post graduate in Pharmaceutics with Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU. He was conferred with “IDMA- GP Nair Award” for securing first position in B Pharm (1987).
